I request Indonautical to process a CAIT for my boat and I also send required documents (including this application) :

  1. Clearly legible copies of valid passports (Capt. & Crews)
  2. One passport size photo of owner and / or Captain
  3. Copy of the boat valid registry and documentation with a complete description of your boat.
  4. Copy of bank transfer for processing fee
  5. A list of Indonesian island you intend to visit (we complete list otherwise)
  6. Copy a boat insurance
  7. Boat foto

CAIT TERM & CONDITION
  1. All passports must valid at least 6 months when entering Indonesia.
  2. Boat registry must valid when applying a CAIT.
  3. Indonautical will write "The starting date" of your CAIT is the approximate date of your "Last port" before entering Indonesia, unless the applicant request different date. The validation date cannot be changed without authorization from Indonesian authorities.
  4. A CAIT will valid only 3 months from the starting date and can be extended with the same cost and procedure.
  5. A CAIT process will take 7 weeks normally from the date Indonautical received complete all document from applicant. The CAIT process time may be longer than 7 weeks due to Indonesian government process policy.
  6. Any request for CAIT update (adding crew or changing crew) will be charged additional fee.
  7. Indonautical will only e-mail for all correspondence to the applicant. Sending post of courier an original CAIT document can be requested by and should be paid by applicant.
  8. Indonautical will give a CAIT fee quotation as soon Indonautical received all documents from applicant. The CAIT fee is not including for formalities and port clearance.
  9. Bali Marina or Indonautical are not automatically act as your port agent, unless it is requested by applicant and agreed by both party.
  10. Indonautical has a solely right to decline or refuse to process a CAIT.
